A recipe for Gluten Free Apple Chai flavor roll out sugar cookies. A cozy pairing of sweet and spiced Fall flavors including a double dose of apples and applesauce, and a spicy Chai tea blend. I've worked hard to create a gluten free version that has a similar texture to my regular roll out recipes, and this recipe results in a soft and slightly chewy cookies that are hard to resist! This recipe is delicious on its own, or paired with royal icing. (Royal Icing recipe is not included.)
All recipes include both cup measurements and gram weights.
