A small amount of melted white chocolate is infused into the dough along with chopped white chocolate chunks for flavor throughout and results in a cookie that has a slighly chewy center with delicate crisp edges. The roasted, salty macadamia nuts add additional texture and perfectly balance the sweetness from the white chocolate. This recipe is delicious on its own, or paired with royal icing.
